Billing and Insurance

Cardinal Psychiatric Consultants LLC is out of network for all insurance companies. 

Payment is due in full on the day of the visit, and is made via credit card which will be securely processed and stored through our payment processor. 

If you have an HSA or FSA account, you may also use that for payment for your appointments, though you will still need to have a credit card on file as a backup.

What if I have Medicare or Medicaid?

At this time, we are unable to see any patients who have Medicaid or Medicare, even if they are willing to pay out of pocket.

Can I get reimbursed?

Patients will be given a "superbill" for the services provided. This serves as your medical billing record, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. 

The superbill includes the billing codes and diagnostic codes required for insurance reimbursement. Insurances that include out-of-network benefits often reimburse 20-90% of fees.
